BiB3O6 (BIBO) Crystal
BIBO crystal (BiB3O6) is one of the high-performance nonlinear optical (NLO) crystals, widely used in wavelength conversion and laser optical technologies.

Main Applications

Second Harmonic Generation (SHG)
Used to generate 532 nm (green) from the 1064 nm light of solid-state lasers (Nd:YAG or Nd:YVO4).
Sum Frequency Generation (SFG) and Difference Frequency Generation (DFG)
Particularly useful for generating tunable infrared light sources.
Optical Parametric Oscillation (OPO) and Optical Parametric Amplification (OPA)
Suitable for systems requiring a wide range of wavelength tunability, including mid-infrared.
High Harmonic Generation (HHG)
Used in the generation of high harmonics, for short-wavelength ultraviolet light and other special wavelength light sources.
Industrial and Research Fields
