Magnetic Substrate Guide

Standard Products
MG・MGL・MGU

This is a magnetic guide that is convenient for fixing glass or substrates.
It is recommended to use two pieces to clamp and secure the items.
For wafer cutting, please use the long type.
(MGL: Compatible with 2–4 inches, MGU: Compatible with 5–12 inches)
MGU is exclusively designed for FU-200 size and above.

High Adhesion Products
MGA・MGLA・MGUA

The back is made of silicone rubber, making it less prone to movement and convenient for situations where consistent dimensions are required.
Use the high-adhesion product to align the dimensions and secure it from the opposite side using the standard product.Please use it as a set with the standard product.

Precision Positioning Products

Adjustment is performed using a micrometer, allowing for precise cutting (±0.03mm).

Alignment Loupe

Dedicated Loupe

This is a dedicated loupe with 5x magnification.
It is used by attaching it to each holder.

Scale Loupe Holder

The scale can be viewed vertically, allowing for more accurate alignment of the guide. It is useful when dimensional accuracy is required. (The loupe is sold separately.)

This is a convenient loupe holder for checking cutting positions. (The loupe is sold separately.)

Slide Holder for Small Circuit Boards SSH-A

This is useful for further cutting circuit boards smaller than 10mm in size. It is used by clamping with a magnetic circuit board guide.
(The magnetic circuit board guide is sold separately.)

It consists of two parts and is used to clamp the circuit board by sliding it with the knob on the left side.

With the circuit board clamped, you can further align and clamp the magnetic circuit board guide to the desired dimension. The width of the plate on the right side is 10mm, so the position to align on the scale becomes 10 + the target dimension.

In the photo example, the magnetic circuit board guide is set at the 15mm position, allowing the circuit board to be cut to a width of 5mm. (The photo shows the rod removed.)

※ Laser blades have fine grooves and allow deep vertical cracks to penetrate with minimal force, making them high-performance blades suitable for a wide range of plate thicknesses. However, they are not recommended for cuts requiring smooth fracture surfaces, such as those needed for SEM sample preparation.

※ Laser blades are high-performance blades with fine grooves that allow deep penetration of vertical cracks with minimal force, making them suitable for a wide range of plate thicknesses. However, they are not suitable for cutting applications where smooth fracture surfaces are essential, such as SEM sample preparation.
