Magnesium Oxide MgO
Magnesium oxide single crystals (MgO) are high-melting-point, high-insulation materials with a rock-salt-type cubic crystal structure, offering excellent heat resistance. With high surface flatness, they are widely used as substrates for the epitaxial growth of metal thin films and oxide thin films.
